Peinemann is responsible for processing personal data as outlined in this privacy statement. Peinemann refers to Peinemann Mobilift Groep B.V. and all its European majority holdings.

Personal data we process
Peinemann processes personal data of customers and suppliers for the purchase, sale, hiring, and rental of goods and/or services. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
– Name, first names, initials, gender;
– Address, postal code, and place of residence (private);
– Business telephone number(s), email address, and similar data required for communication.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Peinemann processes your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
– to contact you regarding a placed order;
– to contact you in response to the contact form you completed;
– to send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed to it;
– to call or email you if necessary to perform our services;
– for placing orders;
– for processing and executing orders placed by you;
– to deliver goods and/or services ordered by you;
– for financial administration;
– for the execution of an agreement;
– for marketing purposes;
– for maintaining the business relationship.

Automated decision-making
Peinemann does not make decisions based on automated processing concerning matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions made by computer programs or systems without human involvement (e.g., a Peinemann employee).

Retention period
Peinemann does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We therefore apply a retention period of 7 years after the completion of the last order. During this period, it may still be necessary to contact you for one of the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Peinemann only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you, to comply with laws and regulations, a court order or a government request, or to defend ourselves in legal proceedings.

Accessing, modifying, or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to Peinemann's processing of your personal data, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization specified by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data portability of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to privacy@peinemann.nl.

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case, within four weeks. Peinemann also wishes to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This can be done via the following link:

How we secure personal data
Peinemann takes the protection of your personal data seriously and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted
disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data
is not properly secured or if there are indications of misuse, please contact us via
