Peinemann processes personal data of customers and suppliers for the purchase, sale, hiring, and rental of goods and/or services. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

– Business telephone number(s), email address, and similar data required for communication.
Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Peinemann processes your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

This means you can submit a request to us to transfer the personal data we hold about you, in a computer file, to you or another organization you have specified. You can send requests for access, rectification, erasure, data portability of your personal data, or requests to withdraw consent or object to data processing to privacy@peinemann.nl.
We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case, within four weeks. Peinemann also wishes to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
